The Whale Translator

An online tool to spread the word about the hundreds of thousands of whales and dolphins which die each year in unprotected seas. We wanted to give them a voice. The whale translator is a tool where messages are translated into whale sounds. Besides being fun, it's also informative. At the end of the experience users have the chance to sign a petition to help protecting the whales.

Result
The campaign engaged thousands of people, and was given huge press attention.
It exceeded the Ocean Care Society's objectives. Now lots of people speak Whaleish!
